NOTES

For Poems: It could be a rhyming poem, haiku, acrostic, limerick, free verse, or something else. Try to write something in 20 lines or fewer. We invite you to use words that engage your five senses, help the reader imagine a picture or feel a strong emotion, and maybe even make connections between unexpected things.

For Artwork: Create a work that is bookmark size, portrait shaped, or a square (see the linked template for guidance). We invite you to fill up the whole space, and use any medium (paint, markers, pen, etc...) and include a title for your work.(or click here to download and print out a template)

For Teachers: If you are an art teacher, Sunday School teacher, or other teacher, you are welcome to submit on behalf of all your students, and we will reach out to you if we need more information about individual pieces. You can use the link below to submit a whole lot of pretty big files. AND you are encouraged to participate alongside your students. It is so good for you to be creative as well, and it is so good for your students to see you engaging your own creativity!
