A note from Greg on Sunday evening:

Getting this page finalized was one of the things on my long list that didn’t get done before the festival. Seth and I are headed to Indianapolis for a conference for a few days starting tomorrow (Monday), so I’ll pick this up next week. We’ll also send an email when all the resources are put together here, but I think you could probably safely check back on Friday, November 8 and this page should be updated by then. Thanks for your understanding!
